This is to inform you that the Conservation Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, in the Forbes Municipal Building – Room 24, beginning at 7:00 p.m. This is the agenda for that meeting:
7:00 PM – Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability – Department of Public Works, installation of sewer within Bridle Lane.
7:10 PM – Hearing - Request for Determination of Applicability – Department of Public Works, installation of sewer within Adams Street between house numbers 109-117.
7:20 PM – Continued Hearing – Notice of Intent filed by Transflo Terminal Services, Inc at the end of Walkup Drive, Map 22, Parcel 24 & Map 29, Parcel 105.
7:25 PM – Discussion on Commission protocols
7:30 PM – Recommendation to the Board of Selectman to appoint Stephen Henry as a voting member of the Conservation Commission.
7:35 PM – Discussion regarding recreational uses at Bowman Conservation Area (Sandra Pond Reservoir).
7:45 PM – Discussion regarding forest stewardship practices at Bowman Conservation Area (Sandra Pond Reservoir).
The Commission may address other business brought before them.
